Who Are We?
Founded by professionals from the hospitality world with a combined experience of thirty years within the industry. Our hands on approach is what separates us from our competitors. We know how much of an important role the people within your workforce are to a successful business or event. We provide staff to the Government, The Queen, Private Members Clubs, Celebrity and VIP events and the City of London's top finance and legal companies. We aim to make every event an outstanding success and do so time and time again.
Why Are We Different?
We hand pick our staff to suit each and every requirement, from staff with experience in hotels and corporate events, to staff suitable for sporting events and private parties. We know different skills sets are needed for each of our client's requirements. That is why we pride ourselves on making sure we get the correct match between staff and your event.
You're In Control
We always keep you in the loop and cater for your needs at every stage. We have sophisticated, 'back office' technology, capable of producing time sheets, with staff profile photos and core teams unique to each client, allowing bespoke training programs to be introduced. We understand the importance of familiarity, especially with staff frequenting your events. A dedicated account manager will always arrive prior to the event to undertake a full staff sign-in and handover. After events you are able to provide direct feedback to your account manager, via our time sheets, allowing a core team to be continuously developed. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
