Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Essential attendance at corporate venues across London will be required. This will include evenings and weekends.
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Database management: data input, lead generation
  • Team support as necessary
  • Customer service: looking after event ticketing enquiries, client queries etc.
  • Submitting company expenses and reimbursements.
  • Office upkeep and maintenance

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Attendance at corporate events.
  • Self-directed, extremely proactive, hands-on and target-driven
  • A genuine interest in growing through the Hospitality industry
  • Resourceful, professional, well organised and a creative-thinker
  • Thrives under pressure, with the ability to remain flexible
  • Energetic and driven, a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face, on the phone and written) are essential

Marketing Assistant

Our client is looking for a marketing executive to manage their marketing channels by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and produce active fans and promotors of their company. You should have command of best practices and trends in email and social marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Plan and capture AMAZING content
  • Create, execute and report on campaigns across all channels:
    • Content (Blogs & Landing Pages)
    • Email (internal and external)
    • Affiliate
    • Social Media
  • Ensure consistency and brand message across all channels
